Not aware of support available

  • Some ideas that are already implemented (ie can bypass phone security questions by setting up your voice as your ‘PIN’) but not known about. How can people use these things if they don’t know they exist?

My mother (who doesn't have dementia but does not feel confident to internet bank) was given a dedicated contact number for 80+s and this could be a means of directing older and those living with dementia to a service where voice recognition could be recognised
